Sprectrum Review Services is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Health Contact Partners (HCP) out of Wheeling, Illinois. HCP offers a 24/7 Nurse Line, available in both English and Spanish and 148 other languages.

HCP has the added feature of also provided members with a unique online experience, providing the services of WorldDoc to those groups who choose to add this services. Through their Healthy Living service, members can perform a Health Risk Assessment online and get immediate results and advice, in addition enrolls can maintain an online Personal Health Record and have a Pharmacy Database available to answer questions about medications. As an added feature, enrollees can have health information through Hays on Health and review the quality of their hospital through a Select Quality Hospital comparison.

Currently HCP offers its services to over 1.2 million members through its My Nurse 24/7 health information line.

Services are offered in three levels:

Level 1 > MyNurse 24/7 inbound Nurse triage line

Level II > Nurseline and WorldDoc access

Level III Nurseline, WorldDoc access to member, Personal Health Record, Online HRA, Pharmacy Database, Hays on Health, Select Quality Hospital Comparison.
