Intelligent Pre-Authorization Program

This Program allows SRS to immediately notify the Third Party Administrator, Insurance Company, Payor of an admission into a facility that is not an in-network provider.  Once this situation has been identified then SRS will assist in getting the patient to a facility that is an in-network provider or help in getting the rates negotiated in order to save the client/employer group money.

Renewal Care Management Program

The Renewal Care Management Program is a brief snap shot of the patient’s care to help the Third Party Administrators, Insurance Company, Payor with the renewal process thus providing information regarding the patient’s possible upcoming and/or completed treatment.  This allows the TPA, Insurance Company and/or Payor to have the necessary information to control renewal costs.
